Claudia Spagnuolo

Claudia Spagnuolo serves as the Director at Istituto Italiano di Project Management since 2013, concurrently leading the Innovation Project Management Working Group at the Italian Project Management Institute and coordinating Agile programs at ISIPM. Claudia holds various roles including member of CT016 GL89 "Gestione dell'Innovazione" at UNI Ente Italiano di Normazione, PRINCE2 and PMO Certified Trainer at PeopleCert, and senior trainer and consultant for web-based projects as a freelancer since 2004. Other notable positions include Chief Editor and Project Coordinator of the journal "il Project Manager," AgilePM International Accredited Trainer via APMG International, and external consultant at BIC Lazio SpA. Claudia also played a key role in organizing Agile Lean Conferences at PMexpo from 2016 to 2022 and previously worked as an IT Security Specialist at Engineering Group S.P.A. Educational qualifications include degrees in Human Resource Management, Project Management from Confindustria, and various management and communication studies from notable universities, including “Tor Vergata” University and “La Sapienza” University.
