Adam Rich

Adam Rich has been intrigued by design and programming since he created a choose-your-own adventure style RPG in C++ when he was just 12 years old! He was raised in Virginia, but after living in Chicago and New Orleans, he’s been calling San Diego home for a little over three years. Even though 12-year-old Adam saw video game programming in his future, he gravitated toward web development to satisfy his passions for art and design, along with technology. As a software engineer, Adam brainstorms, designs, and implements new ways to improve the success of PeopleConnect’s core applications. Adam was drawn to PeopleConnect because of the self-directed nature of the split-testing department, and the opportunity to work with technology on a product that reaches a multitude of people — but he mentions that the benefits are pretty great, too. “PeopleConnect spares no expense to make sure their team is happy, healthy, and loves coming into work day in and day out,” Adam says. He’s excited to see augmented reality take shape, and says that the rapid advancement of JavaScript makes his heart sing!
