Sach Barot

Born and raised in India, Sach received his MBA from the University of Buffalo in New York and spent a large stint of his career thereafter in the NYC/New York area. He eventually made his way out to Scottsdale and then moved to San Diego.

As People Connect’s Chief Financial Officer, Sach Barot puts a large emphasis on the growth and success of his teams and colleagues.

His leadership style is centered around building trusting relationships and focusing on a common goal. In fact, he was initially attracted to People Connect’s talented team and the focus placed on company culture in addition to business growth.
