Azadeh Karimian

Azadeh Karimian has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Azadeh is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at PeopleFinders since November 2021.

Before joining PeopleFinders, Azadeh worked at Pierbridge as a Senior Software Developer from December 2016 to October 2021. In this role, they developed SaaS products using Microsoft technologies and was responsible for creating a web portal and relevant web services for a transportation management software.

Prior to that, Azadeh worked as a Software Developer Contract at Rajasoft from July 2016 to October 2016. Here, they created websites using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, WordPress, and Drupal, improving functionalities and load time using AJAX and JQuery. Azadeh also made websites responsive for mobile and tablet devices using media queries and Bootstrap.

Azadeh gained valuable experience at Microsoft as a Software Engineer from April 2014 to November 2015. In this role, they managed the quality of the Windows10 Camera application, performing proactive test planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of the application with great quality across different devices.

Earlier in their career, Azadeh worked at Nokia as a Senior Engineer from June 2008 to April 2014. Azadeh managed the quality of the Rich Communication Suite enhanced (RCSe) project and designed test cases according to specifications. Azadeh also contributed to build improvements, adopting new build and release systems to reduce build time and streamline processes. Azadeh also worked as a Build Engineer and Software Design Engineer at Nokia, where they were responsible for running builds, preparing releases, debugging, testing, and training new colleagues.

Azadeh Karimian has a strong education background in the field of information technology. Azadeh completed their Master of Engineering degree in Information Technology at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, specialized in Embedded systems, from EVTEK University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2006. Azadeh'seducation journey started in 1996 at Azad University of Tehran, Iran, where they earned their first Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2001.
