Jason Brechler

Jason Brechler has a diverse work experience, starting their career in 2010 as a Chargeback Coordinator at Urban Outfitters. In this role, they managed a Fraud Department Team, provided direction to the Order Processing Team, and prevented fraudulent transactions amounting to over $950k. Jason supervised and managed a team of 31 Fraud Analysts and Customer Service Representatives, conducted goal setting and employee development activities, and implemented new chargeback management tools and operational changes, resulting in increased ROI by over 500%.

After their time at Urban Outfitters, Jason joined Iowa State University in 2016 as a Finance Specialist II, where they worked until 2020. Jason then joined Meredith Corporation as an Assistant Director Payment Operations, responsible for managing payment operations. Currently, Jason is working as a Payment Operations Manager at PeopleFinders, starting in 2022.

Jason Brechler obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned certifications in Compassionate Directness, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, and Having Difficult Conversations from Lynda.com in December 2018.
