Chris Dowdle

Chris Dowdle has a strong background in education services and instructional design. Chris worked at PeopleFluent from 2012 onwards, where they served as the Director of Education Services. In this role, they managed curriculum development programs for multiple software products, led a team of education consultants, and successfully launched an e-commerce site.

Before joining PeopleFluent, Chris worked at CARQUEST starting in 2005. Chris was initially hired as an Instructional Designer and was later promoted to Team Lead, Instructional Design. During their time at CARQUEST, they oversaw a team of instructional designers, developed training assessment metrics, and reported outcomes on department scorecards for various learning solutions.

Prior to CARQUEST, Chris worked at Synaptis from 1998 to 2005. There, they held the position of Senior Consultant and conducted needs assessments with client subject matter experts. Chris created various training solutions based on fit gap analyses and managed the delivery of client contractual obligations.

Chris Dowdle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Science degree in Technical Communication from North Carolina State University.
