Monica Chivatee has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Monica currently serves as the Director of Customer Support at PeopleFluent since 2022. Prior to this, Monica held several positions at Reflektive, including Director of Reflektive Labs Private Ltd and Manager of Customer Support, from 2018 to 2022. Monica also worked as a Team Lead of Technical Support and Senior Technical Support Specialist during that time. Before Reflektive, Monica worked at Urban Ladder as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they managed team performance, quality checks, and customer email response time from 2015 to 2017. Monica also worked at Chase as a Senior Fraud Investigator for a brief period in 2015, and at First Advantage as a Verification Specialist from 2013 to 2014, conducting background checks and verifying information. Monica started their career at WNS Global Services as a Senior Claims Analyst, focusing on UK claimants, from 2012 to 2013. Monica also worked at Accenture in India as an HR Coordinator, where they were involved in employee rehiring, timesheet processing, and providing support and training in various areas from 2010 to 2012.
Monica Chivatee completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Commerce from Bangalore University between 2006 and 2009. Monica also pursued a course in People Management, titled "The Art of Management," at the Swiss e-learning Institute.
