Tatiana Dumanova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Tatiana started their career at Lazerhouse in 2014 as an Executive Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at iQueSoft as a Lead Generation Manager & Sales, focusing on market research, requirement gathering, and communication with clients. In 2017, they joined Skywell LLC as a Business Development Manager, where they were involved in outbound lead generation, negotiating with prospects, creating commercial offers, and arranging meetings. In 2019, they transitioned to PeopleForce as a Business Development Manager, responsible for implementing and adapting their HRM solution to various businesses. Tatiana later advanced to the role of Business Development Lead before eventually becoming the Regional Sales Director.
Tatiana Dumanova earned their Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they attended from 2010 to 2016.
