Nikolaos Lygkonis began their work experience in 2007 as a Pricing Analyst at GE Capital Solutions Europe, where they analyzed profitability and automated processes. In 2008, they joined GE Capital Solutions as a Profitability Analyst and later moved on to become an FP&A Analyst at GE GE Corporate Finance Bank. Nikolaos then joined GE Artesia Bank as a US GAAP Assistant Controller, where they led a project and designed processes for fee income. In 2010, Nikolaos worked as a Finance Analyst at GE Commercial Finance, where they led closing and reporting periods and analyzed financial statements. From 2008 to 2010, they also participated in General Electric's Financial Management Program, which provided him with a broad range of experiences in financial planning and analysis. Lastly, Nikolaos founded PeopleGoal in 2013 and served as the Founder & CEO, where they developed strategies to align employee growth and business development with organizational objectives.
Nikolaos Lygkonis began their education in 2002 at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business. Nikolaos completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. Following this, in 2008, they attended Aberystwyth University and obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting. After a few years, in 2011, Nikolaos enrolled at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they pursued a degree in ACMA / CGMA, specializing in Management Accounting. Nikolaos completed this degree in 2012. Lastly, in 2014, Nikolaos attended AngelPad and completed the AP7 program. The field of study for this particular program is not specified.
