Kaushik is a Software Engineer at peopleHum since July 2021, with previous experience as an SDE Intern at Quinbay and a Machine Learning Intern at Flipr Innovation Labs, where projects included Breast Cancer detection and Customer Segmentation in Banking. Kaushik also held managerial roles at Assailing Falcons, a student team focused on designing radio-controlled aircraft for competitions, and contributed to a project on toxic comment classification using a BERT model during an internship at UniConverge Technologies and The IOT Academy. Additionally, a summer internship at KASHWARE involved developing a product website utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2021.
