Shannan Manix has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the staffing and workforce industry. Shannan is currently working at Peoplelink Group, where they serve as the Senior Vice President. Prior to this, they held roles such as Vice President, National Sales and Service, and Director, Vertical Markets. At Peoplelink Group, they focus on providing innovative business solutions and adding value to clients' bottom line.

Before joining Peoplelink Group, Shannan worked at E.A. Renfroe & Company, Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and Client Relations. Here, they oversaw workforce operations, client relations, client implementation, account development, and compliance.

Shannan also held the position of Vice President at Adecco, where they gained experience driving sales and leading regional operations. Additionally, they worked at Jobalign as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, responsible for accelerating the growth of the start-up through sales and account management capabilities.

Shannan's earlier experience includes working at PayScale, Inc. as the Director of Sales and Strategic Accounts, where they led a team in overseeing up-sales, cross-sales, customer renewals, and account management. Shannan also worked at TrueBlue Inc. as the Vice President of Operations and Sales, overseeing a 300-person sales organization and leading initiatives to streamline processes and practices.

Before that, Shannan held various roles at Labor Ready, including District, Branch, and Account Manager positions. Shannan started their career as an Account Executive at Worldcom, Inc.

Shannan Manix obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Troy University in 1996. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Psychology from Kaplan University. In April 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University.
