Kathleen Monte

Kathleen Monte, PHR, is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Greenway Health since February 2019. Kathleen has created multiple eLearning compliance courses tailored to healthcare IT requirements and has previously held various instructional design roles at ADP, focusing on product training and organizational readiness for human capital management products. Kathleen managed the Cranford Hawks Soccer Team from 2009 to 2012 and consulted for major companies such as Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and Pepsi from 1994 to 2008. Kathleen began professional training development at Fidelity Investments, working on new hire and management development programs. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
