Joy Pitts

Joy Pitts is the founder and past CEO of Peoplemax, a prominent provider of executive coaching and leadership services across Australia and New Zealand since its establishment over 20 years ago. Under Joy Pitts' leadership, Peoplemax specializes in personalized coaching tailored to individuals' and organizations' specific goals. Prior to founding Peoplemax, Joy Pitts served as an Executive Coach at Melbourne Business School/Mt Eliza Executive Education from 2002 to 2010, and held significant leadership roles at Novell and AT&T, including Director/VP of People & Culture for Asia Pacific and Executive Director of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Region, respectively. Joy Pitts holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Work from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from UNISA.
