Neha Singh has a diverse work experience history. Neha began their career as a Content Writer at Infoshine Solutions in December 2018. There, they gained experience in social media management, article writing, providing feedback to other contributors, and optimizing content for search engines and lead generation.

In March 2021, Neha transitioned to the role of Sr. Recruiter at IT Resource Hunter. In this position, they were responsible for sourcing and short-listing candidates using various job portals and databases, conducting phone screens to assess compatibility with job requirements, and coordinating with clients for interviews.

After their time at IT Resource Hunter, Neha joined E-Solutions as a Technical Recruiter in January 2022. Their responsibilities included sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for technical roles, negotiating contracts, managing the full cycle recruiting process, and conducting reference checks.

Currently, Neha is working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at PeopleNTech, LLC, where they bring their extensive knowledge of US IT recruitment. Neha has experience with a variety of IT technologies, US visas, tax terms, job portals, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Neha has worked with different clients and domains for US staffing and is skilled in all aspects of the recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing deals.

Neha Singh has completed a bachelor's degree in computer applications from the Dr. Virendra Swarup Institute of Computer Studies in Kanpur. Neha then pursued a postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) from the Jaipuria Institute of Management in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Additionally, they completed another PGDM from the same institution, specializing in human resources management/personnel administration and marketing management.
