Laura Thesing Fischer, MS has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Development Coordinator at the Family Justice Center of St. Joseph County. In 2008, they joined the University of Notre Dame as an Assistant Director of the Notre Dame Annual Fund. Laura then moved on to the Chamness Group in 2011, where they worked as a Project Manager. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Health and Wellness Coach at Pillar Wellness LLC. In 2018, they became a Wellness Coach Coordinator at Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS). Laura'smost recent experience includes working at PeopleOne Health, where they started as a Wellness Coach Coordinator in 2019. Laura then progressed to the role of Regional Coordinator in early 2020 and currently holds the position of Regional Director of Client Success.

Laura Thesing Fischer, MS completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the University of Notre Dame from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, they also attended The University of Notre Dame Australia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

In terms of certifications, Laura has achieved various qualifications. In 2017, they became a Health Coach accredited by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). In 2018, they completed the Group Lifestyle Balance Diabetes Prevention Program from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Following this, in 2019, Laura obtained the Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), along with the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health. Lastly, they obtained the Master Trainer - Diabetes Prevention Program Group Lifestyle Balance certification from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health in 2020.

Laura also holds certifications in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers (American Red Cross) and has completed the Barre Intensity Instructor Training program (Barre Intensity).
