Suzy Peck

Suzy Peck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Suzy began their career as a Senior Resident Assistant at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they facilitated community development and provided support to residents. Suzy also served as a Resident Assistant and gained experience in administration and advocacy.

After their time at the university, Suzy worked as a Social Media Assistant at All Access Internships, where they managed social media accounts and updated company resources. Suzy then became a Community Outreach Coordinator at Cookies & Carnitas, focusing on promoting the company and engaging with the community.

Suzy's passion for nutrition led their to roles such as an Intern and Nutrition Assistant at Kitchfix, where they assisted in nutrition-related tasks. Suzy also worked as a Regional Wellness Coordinator and Health Coach at Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS), implementing health promotion programs and facilitating communications with clients.

In 2015, Suzy briefly worked as a Patient Food Service employee at Rush University Medical Center before joining PeopleOne Health as a Wellness Coach Coordinator and Lead Coach/Trainer. Suzy later transitioned to the role of Client Success Manager and Health Coach Trainer at the same company.

In addition to their professional roles, Suzy and their husband owned their own business, Peck Baking Co., where they specialized in custom sugar cookies.

Throughout their career, Suzy has gained experience in various areas such as client management, health coaching, wellness coordination, food service, marketing, community outreach, and social media management.

Suzy Peck completed their high school education at Hickory High School from 2005 to 2009. Suzy then pursued their higher education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Their degree was focused on Nutrition Sciences and Exercise Science & Health Promotion. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Foundations of Motivational Interviewing certification from the Mid-Atlantic Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network in November 2012.
