Marina Nyblom

Marina Nyblom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marina currently works for HR Consulting & Change Marina AB as an HR manager at Landshypotek Bank AB. In this role, they are responsible for managing HR generalists and reception staff, as well as overseeing HR functions within the bank.

Prior to their current role, Marina worked as an HR manager at Smelters Staff, Boliden AB, where they played a key role in implementing Workday and managing HR functions for Smelters Staff.

From 2019 to 2021, Marina was an HR manager at Atlas Antibodies, where they built and developed the HR function. Marina worked on HR strategy, created an attractive employee value proposition, implemented HR policies, and provided coaching and support to managers.

Before joining Atlas Antibodies, Marina started their own consulting company, HR Consulting and Change Marina AB, in 2017. Marina took on various interim HR manager and project leader roles in industries such as retail, telecom, and life science, working with companies like Rusta, Tele2, KPMG, and Atlas Antibodies.

Marina's work experience also includes roles as a senior HR business partner at Rusta, where they supported multiple departments and implemented company values, talent management strategies, and policy work. Marina was also involved in organizational changes and the opening of a new warehouse.

Earlier in their career, Marina worked as an HR business partner and change management professional at ICA Gruppen, where they supported IT departments with leadership development, management support, and HR operations.

Marina also has experience as an HR project leader and change manager at Arla Foods, where they centralized and built a call center. Marina began their career at Octapharma as a temporary HR manager and at FRA as an HR business partner.

Marina's first permanent position after university was at ISS Facility Services, where they worked in organizational and leadership development, specifically managing a trainee program.

Throughout their diverse career, Marina has gained experience in various industries, including banking, mining, life science, retail, and IT. Marina'sroles have involved HR management, strategy development, organizational change, leadership coaching, talent management, and policy implementation.

Marina Nyblom attended Örebro University from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Organizational Development. Marina also obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Örebro during the same period.
