Robert Whitaker

Robert Whitaker has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in commercial banking, market leadership, business development, and commercial loan officer roles. Robert currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Peoples Bank since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the SVP, Market President at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Peoples Bank, Robert worked at Republic Bank as a Managing Director from 2019 to 2019 and as a Business Development Officer from 2016 to 2019. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at First Security Bank.

Robert Whitaker attended Western Kentucky University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
