Tonya Steele Potter has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tonya served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Peoples Bank from 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Discover Financial Services from 2014 to 2018. Before their time at Discover Financial Services, Tonya worked as a Human Resources Consultant at WorldStrides from 2013 to 2014. Tonya also had a long tenure at Capital One, where they were the Senior Director of Human Resources Shared Services from 1995 to 2013.
