Debbie Hogue

Debbie Hogue works at Peoples Bank as the Vice President/Talent Acquisition Manager and VP/Branch Manager. Previously, Debbie worked as a Relationship Manager at KeyBank for many years. Debbie obtained a Veterans at Work Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from SHRM and completed the Executive Development Program at Washington Bankers Association. Debbie is a graduate of Bellingham High School.
