Rachel Eliot

Rachel Eliot has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Rachel started their career as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at The Insurance Center in 2007. Rachel then moved on to South Valley Bank and Trust, where they worked as a CSR from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined South Valley Bank & Trust as a Personal Banker for three years. Rachel then worked at Washington Federal as a Loan Coordinator for a year. In 2014, they joined People's Bank of Commerce, where they held multiple positions, including Personal Banker, Commercial Credit Analyst, Senior Accounting Clerk, Accountant, Sr. Accountant/ Accounting Supervisor, and currently serves as the Vice President and Controller.

Rachel Eliot completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Southern Oregon University, graduating between 2003 and 2008. In November 2021, they obtained certification in the ASCEND Certification Program from AvidXchange, Inc.
