People's Climate Innovation Center
Fatimata Cham currently serves as a Young Climate Leader of Color at the People's Climate Innovation Center and is involved in the FXB Climate Advocates Program. At Bloomberg, Fatimata holds multiple roles, including Diversity Recruiting Coordinator and member of the Black Professionals Community Recruitment Committee. As the Founder of Climate 4 Sisterhood, Fatimata champions community-driven climate initiatives. Fatimata's extensive leadership experience includes positions such as Vice President and Mckelvy Internal Chair at Lafayette College, along with various roles in student government and equity committees. With a background in Women and Gender Studies and Political Science from Lafayette College, Fatimata actively participates in organizations such as Women Empowering Nations and the Youth Mentoring Action Network, promoting empowerment and leadership development among underserved communities.
