Clowana Walker has extensive experience in gas operations, starting at Peoples Gas in August 1991 and currently serving as an Operations Specialist in the Gas Operations department since October 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing restoration for the System Modernization Program and coordinating with various contractors, inspectors, and crews. Previously, Clowana held roles such as Inside Service Specialist and Customer Service Representative, where duties included handling customer inquiries and account maintenance. Additionally, Clowana worked in gas scheduling and transportation at WEC Energy Group, managing nominations and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Clowana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health Education and Psychology from Western Illinois University and graduated from the Integrys Leadership Program in 2015.
