Alex Christensen is an experienced professional in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable development, currently serving as Program Manager at Energy Smart since December 2022. Prior roles include Senior Energy Efficiency Specialist and Energy Efficiency Specialist at the same organization. Alex contributed as a Board Member for the Regional Sustainable Development Partnership and held leadership positions in the food sector, including Produce Manager at People's Food Co-op and Seward Community Co-op, and Produce Clerk at Seward Food Co-op. Academic experience includes serving as Academic Assistant in the Peace Studies Department at Gustavus Adolphus College and managing operations for LineUs Improv Comedy. An alumnus of Gustavus Adolphus College, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, complemented by a strong foundation from the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Southwest High School.
