Brandon Treadaway

Brandon Treadaway has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brandon started their career as a Staff RN at North Oaks Health System in 2007. In 2008, they joined Bayou Home Care as a Field RN, where they worked until 2018.

In 2014, Brandon joined Peoples Health as a Navigator/Care Coordinator RN, working in collaboration with the providers at Uptown Nephrology and managing a caseload of 350 members. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the SNP Clinical Manager, organizing and managing the daily operations of the New Orleans SNP division. Brandon ensured effective care coordination, appropriate service utilization, and maintained CMS compliance with the SNP model of care.

In 2019, Brandon transitioned to ChenMed as a Community Case Manager, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are working at Peoples Health as a Care Coordinator D-SNP.

Brandon Treadaway completed their education with a degree in Nursing from Our Lady of the Lake College, during the period of 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Orleans from 2002 to 2005.
