Allison Horan Mph

Allison Horan, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in strategic health management, wellness program development, and nutritional consulting. As the Founder and President of Innovate Corporate Wellness since January 2012, Allison specializes in creating employee wellness programs and conducting health-related services, including biometric screenings and health coaching. In addition, as a Yoga Instructor at Dharma Yoga of Austin since October 2007, Allison emphasizes mindfulness through various yoga practices. Furthermore, as a Nutritionist at Peoples Pharmacy since 2005, personalized wellness programs and private consultations are provided to address diverse health concerns. Allison holds a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from American University.
