Nicole Leas

Nicole Leas is an experienced property accountant currently employed at People's Self-Help Housing since June 2022. In this role, Nicole performs various accounting tasks, including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts for multiple properties, assisting property managers with tenant ledger management, and aiding in audit preparation. Prior to this position, Nicole worked at Healthcare Finance Direct in progressively responsible roles, where responsibilities included training employees, posting journal entries, and preparing financial reports, among other accounting functions. Additional experience includes roles as a contract billing analyst at Clinica Sierra Vista, staff accountant at American Accountants, and internships focused on tax and audit at multiple accounting firms and NASA. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Antelope Valley College.
