Jessica Perry has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Jessica started their career at Banner Banks in 1999 as a Teller, where they handled various customer transactions and also managed ACH and proof batches, overdraft administration, charge backs, and wire transfers. In 2005, they joined Peoples State Bank as a Call Center Representative and later became the Call Center Supervisor, overseeing the department and ensuring quality service excellence. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Electronic Banking Specialist, where they provided support for ACH, wire transfers, and Internet banking. Jessica further advanced in their career at Peoples State Bank as the Electronic Banking Supervisor, responsible for managing electronic banking operations. Jessica'sexpertise expanded to digital banking products on the retail and commercial levels. Most recently, they served as the Operations Officer, managing the day-to-day Deposit Operations functions and overseeing a team of 7 individuals. Jessica's work experience highlights their proficiency in electronic and check payment streams, as well as their dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Jessica Perry attended Northcentral Technical College from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained an Associates in Business Management with a field of study in Business Management. Prior to attending college, they graduated from Wittenberg Birnamwood High School between the years of 1995 and 1999. Alongside their education, Jessica also obtained the National Check Professional (NCP) certification in June 2019. Additionally, they hold the Accredited ACH Professional-AAP certification, although the details of its institution and attainment date are unknown.
