As Chief Underwriting Officer for People’s Trust Insurance and member of the Executive Committee, Caitlin relies on almost two decades of insurance experience to lead and establish strategic direction for the company’s underwriting department. She focuses on streamlining departmental operations, enhancing underwriting tools, and relying on practical knowledge to be an instrumental part of the growth, success, and culture at People’s Trust.
Prior to joining People’s Trust in 2016, Caitlin gained her insurance industry knowledge at State Farm Insurance, progressing through positions of increased responsibility in commercial underwriting roles in Florida and Illinois, including on-site field underwriting inspections and consulting agents on sales tactics and retention strategies to grow their commercial book of business.
