James Henness

James works in our Sydney office and is responsible for the creation and delivery of innovative technology solutions that solve some of our clients’ most challenging recruitment needs. Leveraging PeopleScout’s global delivery centers and award winning Affinix™ platform, he leads the development of high volume and specialty recruiting programs that address talent acquisition challenges in a data-driven environment. James works across our ANZ and wider APAC business, playing a key role in our Asian expansion into Singapore, Malaysia and Japan. He has been with PeopleScout for over 15 years, holding a variety of leadership roles in both our Technology and RPO business. Prior to that, he spent ten years in the RPO industry leading the development of in-house recruitment technology tools and business intelligence.
