Antonio Giovannini

Antonio Giovannini is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Resource Manager at PeopleScout since June 2015, Antonio leads the operations team in Latin America, focusing on enhancing customer experience and ensuring SLA compliance through data reporting. Prior to this role, Antonio was the Manager of Customer Service at Virgin Mobile México, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a call center and managing personnel recruitment and training. Additionally, experience includes serving as Acting Manager of Corporate Servicing at American Express, as well as holding leadership roles at AXA in anti-fraud management and American Express in fraud prevention. Antonio holds an MBA with a specialization in Operations and IT from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Diplomado in Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside earlier qualifications in accounting.
