Jaci Lee

Jaci Lee is an experienced professional in client delivery and recruitment, currently serving as the VP of Client Delivery at PeopleScout since March 2012, having previously held the role of Director of Account Operations. In these positions, Jaci Lee has been accountable for revenue generation, profitability, and client satisfaction, while also building and managing high-performance delivery teams. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Jaci Lee worked at Spherion from October 2004 to February 2012 as a Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter, focusing on direct hire placements and stakeholder communications. Earlier career experience includes working as a Corporate Recruiter at America West Airlines and as a Recruiter at Spherion. Jaci Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Montana State University Billings.
