Patti Woods is an experienced professional in implementation training and talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Implementation Training Manager at PeopleScout since January 2021. In this role, Patti manages the implementation process and training for new client RPO solutions and technology, focusing on strategic partnerships and project management. Prior to PeopleScout, Patti held positions at the AVID Center, overseeing full-cycle recruitment, and at the YMCA of San Diego County, where responsibilities included creating a centralized recruiting model and supporting talent acquisition across multiple branches.
