Binita joined the PeopleShare team in 2018 and has been promoted three times, most recently to Optum Program Manager in January 2021.

She brings with her four years of Human Resources experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Binita is detail-oriented, loves analysis and reporting functions, and prides herself on being extremely efficient.
