Marc Colon

Director, Customer Service at PeopleShare

Marc is originally from Reading, PA, and graduated from Kutztown University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. After graduating, Marc began his career working for Villa. He excelled in his Managerial role, receiving several performance awards and leading the company’s first acquisition!

Continued success brought on his next challenge (opportunity!) with a promotion to District Manager, in Dallas, TX, where he spent the next five and a half years. Marc assisted with two acquisitions/mergers and turned around several underperforming locations. His responsibilities included everything from hiring, training & developing his teams as well to P&L oversight.

Marc excels at analyzing the business, coming up with solutions to problems, and delivering exceptional service.
