David Moxam

David Moxam (Mox) is a Member of Board of Directors of PeopleShores PBC.

Additionally, Mox is also a founder of Malibu IQ and acts in the role of Chairman. He chairs the Ideation Council with representative executives from HRL, GM, Boeing and the owner investors of Malibu IQ, to set strategy and approve the formation of new companies (NewCos).

Mox is a successful entrepreneur with extensive experience in bringing advanced technologies to market. His expertise includes working in a senior executive capacity with a Global 500 leader; and in founding a pioneering technology start-up through sale to a prestigious private equity group. Through invitation, he has served on the Board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for 2 terms and is a vocal champion of new innovation models for accelerating advanced technology insertion into design and production.

Operating globally, he has received the prestigious UK Queen’s Award for Enterprise and was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Technology in the US. While with EDS in 1998 he received their Pinnacle Award for Leadership, for work in founding the global financial markets group and IT developments with the NASD, Electronic Broking Services and the NYMEX.

Mox was the founder of Authentix, Inc. a molecular engineering firm operating in the authentication & security industry; a founder and Director for Compassites Software Solutions in India; and he enjoys putting sweat equity into standing up NewCos.

Mox holds graduate diplomas in Physics and Business Administration from Laurentian University in Canada; and has participated in corporate executive programmes with INSEAD in France.
