Ashen Bandara is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Pre-Sales & Analytics at PeoplesHR, Ashen also co-founded and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at both zynergyx Technologies, specializing in SAP and Blockchain consulting, and QubeUX, a UX/UI design agency. In addition, Ashen directs branding strategies at Digitec Labs and hosts a podcast focused on public speaking and communication. Leadership roles within Toastmasters International, including President of District 82 Toastmasters Club, complement a strong educational background that includes an ongoing Master of Business Studies at the University of Colombo and multiple diplomas in Business Administration and Advanced English.
