Nilendra Weerasinghe

Nilendra Weerasinghe, CFA has a diverse range of work experience. Nilendra is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at PeoplesHR and the Chief Financial Officer at hSenid Business Solutions, starting in 2022 for both positions. Prior to this, they held various roles at NDB Investment Bank Limited, including Deputy CEO, Chief Corporate Advisory Officer, Vice President, Head - Corporate Advisory, and Assistant Vice President. Nilendra worked at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Associate in 2014. Nilendra also has experience at Virtusa, where they served as a Business Analyst in 2009, and at Hitachi, Ltd., Software Division, where they were an Intern in 2008. Nilendra also interned at Virtusa in the Technology department in 2007.

Nilendra Weerasinghe, CFA completed their executive education at INSEAD in 2018, focusing on the High Impact Leadership Programme. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from NUS Business School in 2014, specializing in Strategy and Operations. In 2009, Nilendra graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. Nilendra also holds an Associate Member qualification from CIMA in Management Accounting, which they obtained in 2007. Nilendra completed their earlier education at St. Joseph's College, Colombo, from 1990 to 2004. In terms of certifications, they are a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), certified by the CFA Institute in 2013, and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
