Rachel Tubridy

Rachel Tubridy is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Managing Director of PeopleSource.ie since November 2015, Rachel focuses on aligning clients with the right candidates in the finance sector. Prior to this role, Rachel was a Partner at Brightwater Executive, specializing in senior management and executive assignments, and served as Country Manager at Michael Page, a global leader in professional services recruitment. Rachel's career began at Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd, where Rachel advanced from Recruitment Consultant to Head of Marketing over a ten-year period. Rachel holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing from Imperial College London, completed between 2006 and 2008, and attended Holy Child Killiney from 1982 to 1988.
