Holly Rau

Holly Rau has a strong and diverse work experience in the furniture and facilities management industry. Holly currently serves as the Managing Director at PeopleSpace, where they are responsible for leading sales teams, service platforms, and the Customer Experience Center in Los Angeles. In this role, they focus on fostering culture and innovation and establishing strategic partnerships to support growth.

Prior to their current position, Holly held the role of Co Leader at IFMA WEHUB SoCal, starting in 2019. Holly also had an extensive tenure at Kimball, where they held various roles including Area Market Manager and Market Sales Manager. During their time at Kimball, they successfully led a sales team and doubled sales revenue in four years. Holly also managed a state-of-the-art showroom in downtown Los Angeles.

Holly's involvement in the industry is not limited to their work experience. Holly has served as a Board Member at the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) from 2000 to 2008 and as the President of IFMA from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they gained experience as a Corporate Account Executive at CORT, where they focused on servicing entertainment and dot-com companies in Southern California.

Holly Rau began their education in 1994 at California State University-Sacramento, where they pursued a degree in Anthropology with a focus on Ethnographic Studies. Holly also completed a minor in German. Holly continued their education at the University of California, Davis - School of Medicine from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Ethnographic Research.
