Lou Menant

Lou Menant has extensive experience in the fields of data protection, quality management, and workplace well-being. Currently serving as Responsable méthodes / Qualité and Consultant GDPR/Qualité at PeopleSpheres since October 2017, Lou Menant provides GDPR compliance consulting and enhances R&D processes, including implementing QHSE policies and conducting process audits. Prior experience includes a role at Hôpital Lozère, where Lou Menant managed the operational implementation and updating of a psychosocial risk prevention plan, founded a monitoring unit, and facilitated communication and training evaluations. Earlier experience includes a human resources internship at TAM Transports de l'Agglomération de Montpellier, assisting in recruitment processes and training management. Lou Menant holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on social psychology of work and organizations from Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
