Kamal Roy

Kamal Roy, PMP®, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Associate Vice President of Customer Success at PeopleStrong. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Associate Vice President - Solutioning at the same company. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Function Leader - Solutioning at PeopleStrong.

Before joining PeopleStrong, Kamal worked at 4X Technologies as a Consultant - Solution Design and Project Delivery from 2021 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as the General Manager - Project Delivery and Senior Project Manager at Adrenalin eSystems Ltd. Kamal also served as a Project Manager at the same company from an unspecified date in 2013 to 2016.

Kamal began their career at GENPACT INDIA in 2006. Kamal held various roles including Business Analyst - Commercial Leasing and Lending from 2012 to 2013, Assistant Manager - Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) from 2010 to 2012, Business Analyst - BFSI from 2008 to 2010, and Web Support Specialist / Business Analyst - BFSI from 2006 to 2008.

Kamal Roy, PMP®, completed their education in a chronological order. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Tripura University in Agartala and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in English (Hons). Following that, from 2006 to 2009, they enrolled at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In addition to their formal education, Kamal Roy obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
