Rupali Tripathi

Rupali Tripathi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at PeopleStrong since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the customer success function for the Total Rewards offering, driving customer advocacy, and implementing change management initiatives. Previously, Rupali held the position of Talent Strategy Leader in People Operations at GreyOrange and played a pivotal role in establishing the People Operations team as the Lead of HR Tech, Operations & Analytics from 2014 to 2020. Earlier in career, experience includes managerial roles in strategic management at Sahara India and project engineering at Rockwell Automation.
