Ritu Bhardwaj is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of India Delivery and Customer Success and Vice President of HR Tech at PeopleStrong since July 2019. Previously, Ritu held the position of Assistant Vice President - HR and Leader of Total Rewards (Global) at Capgemini, with a tenure spanning from November 2000 to July 2019. Ritu's career began at Alcatel Lucent as a Human Resources Executive from September 1996 to October 2000. Ritu completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University between 2007 and 2010.
