Andrea Lavender, PHR/SHRMCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at PeopleTec since June 2019, Andrea previously held positions including HR Generalist and HR Specialist at Jacobs, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruiting process and supporting HR functions across various contracts. Prior experience includes roles such as Office Manager at Caelum Research Corporation and Technical Recruiter at Jacobs, with initial experience rooted in the AP department at Sundry Distributors. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Art with a concentration in photography and a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama.
