Cecil Nix

Cecil "Cal" Nix currently serves as Operations Lead for Data Services & Software at PeopleTec, Inc., beginning in June 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Projects Officer for the Deputy Dean at the United States Army War College, where curriculum administration supported training for over 400 students, and Deputy Chief of Staff at the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence, overseeing leadership for 17,000 employees. Nix was also Executive Officer to the Chief Human Resources Officer at U.S. Army Materiel Command, providing support to a large workforce across numerous locations. Additional roles include Senior Analyst/Business Development at PeopleTec and Senior Advisor/Program Manager for the U.S. Army Office of the Program Manager - Saudi Arabian National Guard. Nix earned a Master's degree from USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
