Angela Rao

Angela Rao has a decade+ of expertise in compensation and has held leadership roles in global compensation functions at various companies. Angela currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Drata, where Angela oversees compensation programs. In addition, Angela is an Advisor at Compiify, a Customer Advisory Board Member at Pave, and an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Prior to their current roles, Angela has worked at companies such as Dropbox and New Relic, where Angela led global compensation and people analytics functions. Angela is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and has also worked as a Global Compensation Consultant at Franklin Templeton Investments. Angela holds a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Washington.
