Kat Steinmetz is currently a Principal at Initialized Capital, where Kat serves as an investor in early-stage companies and provides talent and culture advice to founders and portfolio companies. Kat also holds advisory and investor roles at various other companies such as sachi, Translator, Inc., Torch, Fun Country, All Raise, and PeopleTech Partners. With a background in social sciences and coaching, Kat previously served as the Global Head of Talent Success at Box and has a certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from Coaches Training Institute.
