Leslie Crowe is currently a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, leading all things People and Talent for the portfolio of 200+ companies. Leslie serves as an Advisor for Modern Treasury, PeopleTech Partners, Chainlink Labs, and was a Founding Member of Chief. With previous experience as the Chief People Officer at TripActions and Vice President, Talent at MuleSoft, Leslie has a strong background in talent management and leadership development. Leslie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Law, Letters, and Society with Honors from the University of Chicago.
