Lindsay Putzer

Lindsay Putzer currently serves as Vice President of People at Mixpanel and as an Advisor for PeopleTech Partners, focusing on HR and People tech product and business needs. Previously, Lindsay held leadership roles at Intellimize, Curology, and Healthline Media, guiding People & Culture initiatives and contributing to significant organizational growth and acquisitions. At Great Place to Work, Lindsay led transformation projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture for numerous top companies. Early career experience includes teaching English and American Studies as part of a Fulbright Teaching Fellowship. Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Wellesley College.
